Starting tomorrow say one positive word to a friends or family member even a random person. Saying one word is all it takes to make someone feels better or even good about themselves. It can even save someone life for all you know. don't be afraid to walk to someone.

Every Week I will come up with a different challenge for you to do rather it to compliment someone. You can compliment someone you don't know with a simple word that first come through your mind when you saw them or talk to them. Most importantly don't be afraid to compliment your friends rather its a guy or girl because everyone wants to hear something nice about themselves.
